With the advancements in belt conveyor technology have over the years led a number of mines to to install a proven belt conveyor systems , which has been successful in reducing human labor in industrial applications ranging from automotive to agricultural. While belt conveyor systems have been extensively used to continuously transport ore in certain mines truck haulage has conventionally been the industry favorite. But as mines go deeper and trucking distances and associated costs continue to climb, conveyors are proving an attractive alternative for many operators.

- Crusher & Grinding -

In hard rock mining in-pit crushing Conveying systems are an economical alternative to discontinuous material transport by dump trucks. The crushing of the material with mobile crushing plants right at the face, or with semi-mobile crushing plants placed at a strategic position within the mine, allows the continuous transport of material with belt conveyors.

- Power Plant -

• Conveyor system is the most economical method of coal transfer in medium as well as large capacity thermal power plants.Using Belt Conveyors the rate of coal transfer can be easily varied by just varying the speed of the belt.The repair and maintenance of belt conveyors are minimum .The coal over the belt can be easily protected from the wind and rain just by providing over-head covers.The power consumption to carry the coal is minimum compared with other conveyors in steam power plant.
